Your Avail move coordinator uses an advanced measurement system to ensure only top-performing vendors serve you.

When a customer receives service (whether from an agent, operator, packing crew, etc.) the move coordinator rates the vendor's performance using input from you, your transferee, and the provider himself. The rating follows "meet/did not meet" criteria and pertains only to the services performed. We continually refresh our vendor database so our move coordinators can swiftly find and select the best available providers for you.

When you need to make decisions, you need information that is simple to access and easy to understand. Our "Brass Tacks" information system lets you customize the reports you want to view online. Depending on your requirements, the system provides information in real-time or at predetermined intervals.
